Dr. Frits Bliek:

Dr. Frits W. Bliek introduces the concept of smart grids based on experiences in a living lab smart grid demonstration in Hoogkerk, Groningen, The Netherlands. Frits has been working with KEMA since 2003 and leading the smart grid practice since 2007 in the department of Sustainable and Clean Energy.
